The Police Central Welfare Fund (PCWF) has 3 types of memberships. They are:

Ordinary Membership
Who Is Eligible
All serving Police Regular Officers, including contract and seconded officers, PNSF, volunteers of the Special Constabulary (VSC), officers and staff of the Central Narcotics Bureau (CNB) are PCWF members. Civilian staff working in the Police Force and in the Ministry of Home Affairs HQ may apply for the membership but their membership shall cease upon transfer to Home Team Departments other than Police, MHA HQ, ISD or CNB.

Privileges
Ordinary members of PCWF are entitled to the benefits, services and facilities provided. In addition, they are also given complimentary membership to the POLWEL Co-Op Society Ltd.

Honorary Membership
Who Is Eligible
SPF retirees who made very significant contribution towards the development of police welfare during their period of service in the Force, may be accorded Honorary Life Membership of the Police Central Welfare Fund. Approval must be obtained from the Commissioner of Police before it is conferred on the person.

Associate Membership (for retired PCWF Members)
The Police Central Welfare Fund Associate Membership Scheme was established on 2nd April 97. Through this scheme, retirees can continue to enjoy most of the facilities and services offered by the Police Central Welfare Fund.

Who Is Eligible
All retired senior and junior officers of the Singapore Police Force, CNB as well as civilian officers who were PCWF members for at least 5 years prior to their retirement are eligible to become Associate Members of PCWF. Police retirees will become Associate member of PCWF when they join the Police Retiree's Association.

Subscription Fees
The subscription fees is $12/-per annum and you may opt for a 2, 3 or 5 years membership. In addition, PCWF (Associate) Members are given complimentary POLWEL Co-Op Society LTD membership.
