Police Custodial Department (PCD) is a new staff department set up under the Singapore Police Force. The department was operational with effect from 1 April 2005, and is located at the New Phoenix Park, 28 Irrawaddy Road, Singapore 329560.

PCD provides leadership and devises strategies for the overall effectiveness of management of Persons-In-Custody (PIC) in line units. The department also reviews and oversees the compliance of all PIC policies, procedures and directives. In addition, PCD is the staff authority that plans, directs, controls and coordinates activities to guide line units in PIC management, as well as manage career progression, professional training and development of members of the PIC fraternity.
