PAYMENT OF TRAFFIC FINES USING AXS STATIONS

You can pay your fines at any of the AXS Stations located islandwide. To find out more on where is the nearest AXS Station to you, please click here (www.axs.com.sg) or call AXS hotline at 65602727.

The following are the steps involved in paying a Traffic Police Fine.

1. Select " Fines" on the main screen.
2. Select "Traffic Police" logo
3. Insert your NETS card and key in your PIN. No transaction would be processed until you confirm later on.
4. A note is displayed to inform users that fines can only be paid 3 working days from the date of offence and to allow Traffic Police 1-2 days to process payments. To acknowledge, touch OK to continue.
5. Select payment according to
 
a)
Payment Reference No, or
 
b)
Vehicle No.
6. For payment according to "Payment Reference No." enter the 16-digit Payment Ref No. found on the summons and touch OK to continue.
7. For payment according to "Vehicle No", enter the vehicle number and touch OK to continue.
8. A list of up to 16 fines will be displayed.
9. Select the fines you wish to pay and confirm
10. The system would process the transaction.
11. Once the transaction is successful, a receipt will be printed as proof of payment. Please remember to collect your NETS card.


FAQs

1. What is AXS Station?
AXS Station is a self-service terminal that provides access to bills payments, fines payments and real-time e-services.

2. How many AXS Stations are there in Singapore?
There are currently over 250 AXS Stations found islandwide and more stations would be deployed. To find out the location of the nearest AXS Station, please visit www.axs.com.sg or simply call AXS hotline at 65602727 (8am - 10pm daily).

3. Why can't I pay my traffic fines on the AXS Station?
There could be a few reasons.

1) The traffic fine has just been issued. Please allow for 3 working days from the date of offence before making payment.

2) You have keyed in the Vehicle Number or Payment Reference Number wrongly.

3) Your traffic fine has expired (please see below). In this case, you will be automatically transferred to the Subordinate Courts application.

4. What do I do if my traffic fine has expired?
Users are encouraged to pay their traffic fines early before the expiry date stated in the notice to avoid the composition fines from being compounded into a court fine.

Upon expiry, you can pay the court fine on the AXS Stations by selecting Subordinate Courts logo under the 'Fines' category before 12 noon on the court date stated in the notice.

5. How do I know if the fines payment is successful or not?
After making a successful fine payment, there would be a screen message on the AXS Station to indicate so and also a receipt would be issued.
