Scoring System
Fixed points (90%)
The scoring assessment will be done independently by SPF (for security component) and SCDF (for safety component). A fixed point will be given to the implementation of initiatives based on the documentation received. The specified points assigned are indicated in the scoring tables below. The SSWG member will receive the points as long as at least one such initiative is conducted within the assessment period, up to a total of 90 points for each component.
Discretionary points (10%)
Additional discretionary points can be given to each SSWG member if they had done exceptionally well in specific areas. Discretionary points are qualitative assessment taken into consideration of the individual SSWG’s relative size and capacity. Regardless of the number of areas excelled, the total discretionary points given for each component will not exceed 10 points.
