Request for Recording of Fingerprint Impression

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Request Form
   This form is to be completed for a request for recording of fingerprinting impression.
   
   
2. Fees, Location & Working Hours
   The request for the recording of fingerprinting impression must be made in person at Block D, Police Cantonment Complex, #02-07/08, 391 New Bridge Road, Singapore 088762.

   Operating hours: Monday to Friday 2pm to 5 pm, closed on Saturday, Sunday and eve of public holidays.

   Processing fee is S$15.00 per set. Payment can be made by Cash, NETs/Cash Card or Credit Card.

3. Eligibility
   Requestors below the age of 16 shall be accompanied by the parents/guardians.
   
   
4. Refund
   All fees are non-refundable.
   
   
5. Exclusion
   The recorded prints shall NOT be used in the Civil or Criminal Courts.
