2. A criminal record is a record of a conviction or sentence given by the courts to an individual who was found guilty of committing a registrable offence.
   
3. A registrable offence is an offence as stated in First Schedule and Second Schedule of the Registration of Criminals Act. To view the offences covered under First Schedule and Second Schdeule of the Registration of Criminals Act, please click on this link First Schedule and Second Schedule.
   
4. The information does not contain criminal record(s) of convictions for offences committed after the validity of the notice stated above.
   
5. If you wish to have an official notification of your spent status, please contact Criminal Records Office at tel no: 65575700 to make an appointment to collect the official notification.
