| LICENSING CONDITIONS FOR LICENCE TO DEAL IN ARMS (INCLUDING KNIVES & SWORDS) AND EXPLOSIVES |

| 1 | The licensee is required to
maintain stock books/ records showing the following particulars:-
Arms Stock Book/ Record Arms Sales Book/ Record Explosives Stock Book/ Record |

| 2 | For any import or export of the knives, arms or explosives shipments, licensee is required to declare the Inward or Outward Declaration showing the correct description and quantity of the consignment through the TradeNet System. During conveyance, all arms or explosives consignment except for the knives shall be escorted by Aetos/ CISCO guards. | |
| 3 | The import of arms and ammunition shall be for the supply to any government agency or Statutory Board only. Upon import, all consignment shall be delivered directly to the government agency concerned under Aetos/ CISCO escort. Licensee is not permitted to store any arms or explosives in the office premises or any unlicensed warehouse. If there is a need to store explosives, they shall be stored in PSA or Changi Airport pending delivery or re-export to overseas. | |
| 4 | For import for a local government agency or Statutory Board, the licensee is required to furnish the End User Certificate from the agency or board concerned before the arms or explosives can be imported. | |
| 5 | For export of arms or explosives to overseas, the licensee is required to furnish the Import Licence or End User Certificate from the authority concerned of the final destination before the Export Licence can be issued. | |
| 7 | The licensee shall submit the particulars (Name, NRIC, Address and Designation) of all new employees to the Licensing Officer for approval before they are employed. | |
| 8 | The licensee is required to notify the Licensing Officer of any change of address before shifting to a new address. | |
