| GUIDELINES ON APPLICATION FOR LICENCES TO DEAL IN, MANUFACTURE, POSSESS AND / OR STORE EXPLOSIVE PRECURSORS |

| CRITERIA FOR APPLICANT, DIRECTORS/ PARTNERS AND STAFF | |||||||||||||
| 1 | The applicant, directors/ partners and staff who will be directly involved in the handling explosive precursors must fulfil the following criteria: | ||||||||||||

| STORAGE FACILITIES | |||||||||||||
| 2 | There must be proper and secured facilities for storing of the explosive precursors. | ||||||||||||
| APPLICATION PROCEDURE | |||||||||||||
| 3 | Every application for a licence shall be made using the electronic application services in PLUS | ||||||||||||
| 4 | The applicant is required to submit the following to the Licensing Officer within 5 working days from the date of submission of the application: | ||||||||||||

| The above supporting documents must be faxed or posted together with the acknowledgement slip generated by PLUS to the following address: | |||||||||||||

| No Arms (including Airsoft or BB Guns) or Explosives or Explosive Precursors or any component parts of any Arms or Explosives shall be imported or exported via parcel post. |
