| GUIDELINES ON APPLICATION FOR AN AD-HOC LICENCE TO IMPORT/ EXPORT/ PURCHASE ARMS (BY ORGANISATION OR DEALERS) OR IMPORT/ EXPORT/ PURCHASE EXPLOSIVES (INCLUDING TRANSHIPMENT) OR IMPORT/ EXPORT EXPLOSIVE PRECURSORS |

| CRITERIA FOR APPLICANT | ||||||||||||||||
| 1 | The applicant must hold a dealer’s licence before he can apply for a licence to import or export arms or explosives. (Note: A licence is not required for transhipment of arms without offloading in Singapore). | |||||||||||||||
| APPLICATION PROCEDURE | ||||||||||||||||
| 2 | The applicant is required to submit the following documents to the Licensing Officer within 5 working days from the date of submission of the application: | |||||||||||||||

| The above supporting documents must be faxed or posted together with the acknowledgement slip generated by PLUS to the following address: | ||||||||||||||||

| 3 | Arms and explosives on transhipment are to remain within the port or airport area. | |||||||||||||||
| 4 | For the conveyance of arms / explosives within Singapore, armed escort is required. | |||||||||||||||
| 5 | For import, export or transhipment of arms, explosives or explosive precursors by licensed dealers, the declaration must be made through the TradeNet and the licence fee chargable shall be deducted from the declarant agent's account to Crimsonlogic. | |||||||||||||||
| No Arms (including Airsoft or BB Guns) or Explosives or Explosive Precursors or any component parts of any Arms or Explosives shall be imported or exported via parcel post. | ||||||||||||||||
