Miscellaneous Notifications & Applications

	EXTENSION OF LICENCE TO IMPORT, EXPORT OR PURCHASE ARMS; OR IMPORT, EXPORT, PURCHASE OR REMOVE EXPLOSIVES
1.	You are required to obtain the prior written approval of the Licensing Officer if you wish to extend your licence to import, export or purchase arms; or import, export, purchase or remove explosives. You can submit your application here Once approved, your licence will be issued on the spot.

	CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF LICENCE
2.	You can apply for a certified true copy of A&E licence by submitting your application here Once approved, your licence will be issued on the spot.

	CHANGES TO LICENCE DETAILS
3.	If there is any change in the name, address or office-bearer of your company or business, you are required to notify Licensing Division of the change within 7 working days of the change being effected. You can submit your notification here .

	SUBMISSION OF PARTICULARS OF NEW EMPLOYEE, DELETION OR REPLACEMENT OF EMPLOYEE DIRECTLY INVOLVED IN HANDLING ARMS, KNIVES/ SWORDS OR EXPLOSIVES
4.	You are required to submit the particulars of new employees who will be directly involved in handling arms, knives/ swords or explosives to Licensing Division. You are also required to notify the Licensing Officer of employees who have ceased employment or are no longer handling arms, knives/ swords or explosives. You can submit your notification here .

	SUBMISSION OF PARTICULARS OF ARM (FOR LICENCE TO PURCHASE ARM BY AN INDIVIDUAL ONLY)
5.	If you have applied for a licence to purchase arm (by an individual), you are required to submit the particulars of your arm before a licence can be issued to you. You can submit the particulars of your arm here .

	TERMINATION OF AN A&E LICENCE
6.	If you wish to terminate your A&E licence, you must submit a notification to Licensing Division. You can submit your notification here .

	WITHDRAWAL OF AN APPLICATION
7.	You can submit a notification for the withdrawal of an application here .

	SUBMISSION OF BIENNIAL RETURN OF EMPLOYEES
8.	You are required to download this file, AE_annual_return.xls here (~37.5 KB). Please provide the information and follow the instructions as specified in the file. The biennial return of employees who are directly involved in handling arms, knives/ swords or explosives can be submitted here . The annual return must be submitted before the licence can be renewed. Licensing Division will send a renewal notice to the licensee before the expiry of the licence.
