Miscellaneous Notifications & Applications

	ADDITIONAL DATE OF COLLECTION, MODE OF COLLECTION, PLACE(S) OF COLLECTION, NO. OF COLLECTORS OR BENEFICIARY/ BENEFICIARIES
1.	You are required to obtain the prior written approval of the Licensing Officer if you wish to have an additional date of collection, mode of collection, place(s) of collection, number of collectors or beneficiary/ beneficiaries. The application must be submitted 7 working days before the date of event. You can submit your application here . The normal processing time for an application is 7 working days from the receipt of the application.

	CHANGE OF LICENSEE, CHANGE OF TARGETED AMOUNT OR CANCELLATION OF BENEFICIARY/ BENEFICIARIES
2.	You are required to obtain the prior written approval of the Licensing Officer for any change in licensee, change of targeted amount or cancellation of beneficiary/ beneficiaries. The application must be submitted 7 working days before the date of event. You can apply for a change of licensee, change of targeted amount or cancellation of beneficiary/ beneficiaries here . The normal processing time for an application is 7 working days from the receipt of the application.

	CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF A HHSC LICENCE
3.	You can apply for a certified true copy of HHSC licence by submitting your application here . The normal processing time for an application is 7 working days from the receipt of the application.

	CHANGE OR CANCELLATION OF EVENT ORGANISER
4.	If you wish to change or cancel your event organiser, you must submit a notification to the Police Licensing Division. The notification must be submitted 7 working days before the date of event. You can submit your notification here .

	TERMINATION OF A HHSC LICENCE
5.	If you wish to terminate your HHSC licence, you must submit a notification to the Police Licensing Division. You can submit your notification here .

	WITHDRAWAL OF AN APPLICATION
6.	You can submit a notification for the withdrawal of an application here .
