Any sale of intoxicating liquors within Singapore will require a Liquor Licence under the Customs Act Cap 70. If you intend to hold temporary events involving the sale of liquors, you will need to apply for a temporary Liquor Licence. The processing time for such applications is 12 working days from the date of receipt of the application. |
