Public Entertainment Licence (Establishment)
  Under the Public Entertainments and Meetings Act Cap 257, any form of public entertainment activity that is provided in any place to which the public or any class of public has access, whether gratuitously or otherwise, will require a Public Entertainment Licence unless otherwise exempted.

Examples:

  • Nightspots such as bar, cabaret/nightclub, cafe, discotheque, KTV lounge, lounge, pub, restaurant or snack bar
  • Amusement centre
  • Billiard saloon
  • Computer games centre
  • Shop operating crane/game machines

 

  The processing time for such applications is 12 working days from the date of receipt of the application.
