PP - Assembly CONDITIONS

LICENSING CONDITIONS FOR AN ASSEMBLY PERMIT
1	The permit holder shall not without reasonable excuse be absent from the assembly.
2	The permit holder shall ensure that the assembly is held within the time specified in the permit.
3	The permit holder shall ensure that no singing or music, gongs, drums or music-producing equipment is played during the assembly unless authorised by the police officer granting the permit.
4	The permit holder shall ensure that no public address system is used during the assembly unless authorised by the police officer granting the permit.
5	The permit holder shall ensure that the number of participants in the assembly do not exceed the number specified in the permit.
6	The permit holder shall ensure that no banner, poster or placard is displayed unless authorised by the police officer granting the permit.
7	Without prejudice to the above conditions, the police officer granting the permit may impose such additional conditions as he thinks fit.
