LICENSING CONDITIONS FOR A CAR RALLY
1

The permit holder shall not without reasonable excuse be absent from the procession.

The permit holder shall ensure that the procession is held within the time specified in the permit.
3 The permit holder shall ensure that no singing or music, gongs, drums or music-producing equipment is played during the procession unless authorised by the police officer granting the permit.
4 The permit holder shall ensure that no public address system is used during the procession unless authorised by the police officer granting the permit.
5 The permit holder shall ensure that the number of participants in the procession do not exceed the number specified in the permit.

The permit holder shall ensure that no banner, poster or placard is displayed unless authorised by the police officer granting the permit.

7 The permit holder shall ensure that the participants do not deviate from the approved route.
8 The permit holder shall ensure that the participants do not solicit sponsorship or monetary contribution during the procession.
9 The permit holder shall ensure that the participating cars are released at intervals of 2 minutes.

The permit holder shall ensure that there is no road closure and the participants comply strictly with all traffic rules and regulations and do not obstruct or interfere with the free flow of traffic.

11 The permit holder shall ensure that the participants do not travel in a convoy or stop along the route.
12 The permit holder shall ensure that there is no racing or speed trial along the route.
13 The permit holder shall ensure that checkpoints are set up at carparks and not on public roads.

The permit holder shall obtain the approval of LTA for any additional structure constructed on cars.

The permit holder shall ensure that adequate measures are taken to ensure the safety of the drivers and audience.
