| LICENSING CONDITIONS
FOR FUNERAL PROCESSION |

The permit holder shall
not without reasonable excuse be absent from the
procession. |

The permit holder shall
ensure that the procession is held within the time
specified in the permit. |
| 3 |
The permit holder shall
ensure that no singing or music, gongs, drums or
music-producing equipment is played during the procession
unless authorised by the police officer granting the
permit. |

The permit holder shall
ensure that no public address system is used during the
procession unless authorised by the police officer
granting the permit. |

The permit holder shall
ensure that the number of participants in the procession
do not exceed the number specified in the permit. |
| 6 |
The permit holder shall
ensure that no banner, poster or placard is displayed
unless authorised by the police officer granting the
permit. |
| 7 |
The permit holder shall
ensure that the procession does not deviate from the
approved route or exceed a distance of 100 metres from
its originating point. |
| 8 |
The permit holder shall
ensure that the participants comply strictly with all
traffic rules and regulations, do not obstruct or
interfere with the free flow of traffic or stop
unnecessary before the ending point. |

The permit holder shall
not allow the performance of stilt-walking. |
| 10 |
The permit holder shall
ensure that the Loh Koh/ Brass Band performers forming
the vehicular procession do not sit on top of the
driver's cabin or play any musical instrument when
travelling in the vehicle. |

The permit holder shall
ensure that the number of vehicles used do not exceed the
number specified in the permit. |
| 12 |
Without prejudice to the
above conditions, the police officer granting the permit
may impose such additional conditions as he thinks fit. |
