| PERMIT CONDITIONS FOR ORGANISING A PUBLIC MEETING/TALK1 | |
| 1 | The permit holder must be present with the permit during the whole duration of the meeting/talk. |

|
The permit holder must ensure no foot/vehicular procession is carried out before, during or after the meeting/talk. |
| 3 | The permit holder shall terminate the meeting/talk if a breach of peace is likely to occur or if directed by a Police Officer who is of the opinion that such a breach of peace is likely to occur. |
| 4 | The permit holder shall ensure that the prior approval is obtained from the Licensing Officer if any song, dance or any other form of entertainment is to be provided. |
| 5 | The permit holder shall ensure that not more than 2 loudspeakers are used during the event and that if any is used, it must be inclined downwards and positioned to face the audience. |
| 6 | The permit holder shall ensure that the public address system used do not cause any annoyance to the public. |
1Applicable to religious talks and other talks that are not civil or political in nature. |
