Appeal for Information - Sandraseggaran S/O Kuppusamy
Police are appealing for the next-of-kin, or anyone with information, on 50-year-old Sandraseggaran S/O Kuppusamy who is currently warded in the Institute of Mental Hospital , to come forward and call the Police Hotline at 1800 – 255 0000.
