Police have arrested a 44-year-old Chinese man and a 43-year-old Chinese man in relation to the case of a 40-year-old Chinese man who was attacked at Geylang Lorong 40 on 11 July 2009.

On 11 July at about 3.30pm, Police were informed that a man had been injured at Geylang Lorong 40. Preliminary investigations revealed that the man had been attacked by a group of unknown male Chinese prior to Police's arrival.

Follow-up investigations led to the arrest of the two suspects on 11 and 12 July 2009.

Police investigations are on-going.
