Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 44 year-old Phang Hong Guan, who was last seen leaving his residence at Blk 405 Ang Mo Kio Ave 10 on 8 September 2009 at about 8.30pm .

Mr Phang, who is of plump built, is about 1.72m tall, with tanned complexion and has short black hair. He was last seen wearing blue jeans.
