Police are appealing for information on an unidentified man who was found floating at the sea off Kranji on 20 February 2010 at about 2.00 p.m.

b) Age	:	Believed to be in his late 30s to early 40s
c) Height	:	About 1.7 m
d) Hair	:	Short black hair
e) Attire		Black sleeveless T-shirt with graphic of a man playing guitar (see photo attached), and white socks
