Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a 42-year-old Burmese man, Soe Kyi, who was last seen on 26 February 2010 at about 8.00 pm at Peninsular Plaza.

The description of Soe Kyi is as follows :-

a) Height	:	1.76 m
b) Complexion	:	Fair
c) Hair	:	Black
d) Build	:	Plump
e) Attire last worn	:	Grey Colored Long Sleeve Shirt. Cream Colored pants
