Police are looking for the man shown in the picture to assist with investigations into a case of loanshark harassment which was reported in the vicinity of Hougang Ave 8 on 19th January 2010.

The man, who is bespectacled, is described to be of fair complexion and is believed to be in his early thirties. He was last seen attired in long sleeved t-shirt and jeans with white sneakers.
