Police are looking for the man shown in the picture to assist with investigations into a case of cheating which occurred at Beach Road on 1 April 2010.

The man is believed to be a foreigner in his forties. He is described to be about 1.8m tall, medium built with a tanned complexion. He was last seen wearing metal-rimmed spectacles, light-coloured long sleeves shirt and dark-coloured trousers.
