Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 71-year-old Loh Peng Kok to come forward.
Mr Loh passed away at Alexandra Hospital on 26 March 2010.
The next-of-kin or anyone with information on the deceased can call the Police hotline at 1800-255-0000.
