Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 82-year-old Chang Lai Peng to come forward.

Mr Chang had passed away on 3 June 2010 at Blk 15 Marine Terrace.

The next-of-kin or anyone with information on the deceased can call the Police hotline at 1800-255-0000.
