The Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of 66 year-old Sam Chia @ Hoo Chia Soon, who was last seen at Blk 115 Ang Mo Kio Ave 4 on 21 June 2010.

Mr Sam Chia is described as follows:

a) Race	:	Chinese
b) Height	:	1.50 m tall
c) Weight	:	50kg / Small Built
d) Complexion	:	Fair
e) Last attire	:	Short sleeved shirt & pants
