The New Paper and Urban Redevelopment Authority will be co-organising The New Paper Big Walk on 18 July 2010 from 7.30 am to 12 pm at Marina Bay. About 20,000 participants are expected to participate in the event.
The following lanes and roads will be closed to vehicular during the stipulated timings:

Auxiliary police officers will be deployed at all affected road junctions to regulate traffic and assist motorists. Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking indiscriminately or causing obstruction will be towed away.
SBS and SMRT buses serving the affected roads will be diverted during the road closures.
