Police are appealing for the next-of-kin of 85 year-old Pang Kia Seng to come forward.

Mr Pang had passed away at Blk 8 North Bridge Road on 24 Aug 2010.

The next-of-kin or anyone with information on the deceased is requested to call the police hotline at 1800-255-0000.
