Police are appealing for information on a man to assist with investigations in relation to the murder of Hoe Hong Lin, a 32-year-old Chinese woman who was found dead at Mandai Tekong Park near to Blk 895C Woodlands Drive 50 on 22 September 2010.

The man, who is believed to be Chinese, is described to be of slim built with fair complexion. He was attired in dark-coloured short-sleeved top and long pants and was last seen running away from the park on foot towards the direction of the car park along Woodlands Avenue 5.

Anyone with information on the said person is requested to call the Police hotline at 1800-255-0000. All information will be kept strictly confidential.

Police would also like to take the opportunity to advise members of the public to be alert and attentive to their surroundings, especially when alone in deserted areas.
