Hindu Endowments Board (HEB), together with Little India Shopkeepers & Heritage Association (LISHA), Singapore Tourism Board (STB) and Central Singapore CDC, is organising the Deepavali Light-Up Celebration. During the celebration, a street bazaar will be held along Campbell Lane from 7 October 2010 till 5 November 2010 . About 500 participants are expected daily.

To facilitate the event, Campbell Lane (between Serangoon Road and Clive Street ) will be closed to vehicular traffic from 10.00 am on Friday, 1 October 2010 to 8.00 am on Wednesday, 10 November 2010 .

During the road closure, access into the above-mentioned road will only be granted to police and emergency vehicles. Parking restrictions along the peripheral roads will be strictly enforced. Vehicles found parking and causing obstruction will be towed away.
