This action-packed 20-episode Police drama is set against the backdrop of an upcoming “World Security Summit”. Viewers will join CID investigators and Neighbourhood Police Centre Officers as they overcome obstacles and solve challenging crimes, while striking a balance with their family lives. The story kicks off with multiple crime scenes played out simultaneously, culminating in the edge-of-seat climax just before the “World Security Summit”.
SecCom Officer-in-Command Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASP) Chong Yee Tat (Tay Ping Hui) assigned to protect a Minister attending an international conference in Thailand (to be confirmed), has to suddenly evacuate the Minister to safety when the conference venue was overrun by violent rioters. Just as one of the rioters was about to set off a bomb, ASP Chong’s quick-thinking saved many lives.
Back in Singapore, Investigation Officers, Station Inspector (SI), Tang Yew Jia (Qi Yu Wu) and ASP Leow Xin Yi (Joanne Peh) rushed to the scene of a workers’ protest. What started off as a salary dispute escalated into a potential riot, with one of the protesters shouting anti-Police slogans. With emotions running high, and the possibility of the protesters storming a building, Special Operations Command officers swung into action to control the situation.
Meanwhile, Neighbourhood Police Centre Officers Sergeant (Sgt) Terence Teo Kwee Xiang (Elvin Ng) and Corporal (Cpl) Han Xiao Yang (Tracy Lee) were on their routine patrol when a homemade improvised explosive device caused a small explosion outside a golf course where a number of overseas delegates were enjoying a leisurely game of golf. Was it simply an act of mischief or something more sinister as Cpl Han suspects?
Over at Pulau Ubin, ASP Zhang Cheng Ling (Chris Tong) from the Police Coast Guard is alerted to reports of explosions heard by the island’s residents. Upon rushing to the scene, they found remnants of what seems to be a bomb and the carcass of a wild dog, apparently killed by the explosion.
As all the officers come together and work tirelessly on these and other challenging cases, they start to unravel the truth behind these incidents, culminating into an explosive finale just before the “World Security Summit” is hosted in Singapore .
