Details

On 19 August 1986 at about 8.15am, Mr Leow was last seen leaving the house at Blk 770 Yishun Avenue 3 for work in his vehicle. On the same day at about 11pm, the said vehicle was found parked in one of the parking lots at Blk 6 Upper Boon Keng Road. It was secured but Mr Leow was nowhere to be found. There has been no news of Mr Leow since then.
