Accredited Consultants
For Regulated Air Cargo Agent Security Programme (RACASP)
As part of the Regulated Air Cargo Agent Regime’s (RCAR) requirements, all Regulated Air Cargo Agents (RCAs) are required to submit a written Regulated Air Cargo Agent Security Programme also known as the RACASP.
The RACASP is a document that spells out the security measures and procedures that the RCA employs in handling, clearing, storing, securing and transporting cargo from the time the cargo is accepted by the RCA until it is handed over to another party in the supply chain.
To aid the RCAs in putting up their RACASPs, Airport Police Division (APD) had conducted a rigorous training and accreditation course for interested consultancy companies to provide RACASP services to interested RCAs.
Accredited Consultants for RACASP
The following consultancy companies (in alphabetical order) have successfully completed the training and accreditation course held from 11 to 13 June 2008 and are accredited by Airport Police Division of the Singapore Police Force to offer RACASP services with effect from 16 Jul 2008.

RCAs may contact the consultants directly to engage their RACASP services. Any engagement of services would be a business transaction between the RCAs and the consultants.
SPF does not set the fees that the RACASP Consultants charge for the provision of the RACASP services offered to its clients.
Engaging RACASP Consultants does not mean that the RACASP submitted to SPF will automatically be approved.
