Known Consignors Brochure is Available for Download

The RCAR Secretariat has made available the brochure on Known Consignors (KC) for download.

The brochure, jointly prepared by Airport Police Division and Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore, aims to aid the Regulated Air Cargo Agents (RCAs) in educating their consignors on the Regulated Air Cargo Agent Regime (RCAR). It also highlights to these consignors the important role they play in this initiative to tighten air cargo security.

It also provides details on how a consignor could qualify as a KC, as well as steps on how a KC is able to safeguard its consignments from unlawful interference.
