Regulated Air Cargo Agent Regime (RCAR) Audit and Inspection

The audit and inspection of Regulated Cargo Agents (RCAs) premises and security measures under the RCAR will commence on 1 Oct 2009 .

All RCAs must ensure that their security measures and processes are implemented as spelt out in their security programmes. RCAs are to also ensure that all conditions, imposed by Police, as part of their registration are fully complied with. Our officers will be contacting the respective RCAs with regards to the upcoming audit.
