TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. By entering this Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.

2. The Contest is organised by the Singapore Police Force (SPF).

3. Only 1 prize per person is allowed.

4. SPF reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest Rules at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on the website.

5. In the event of any dispute and all other matters relating to this Contest, the decision of SPF shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entertained. .

6. To qualify to enter the Contest you must have a valid email address and valid Singapore contact number.
 
7. Employees of SPF and employees of any company involved in the Contest are not eligible to enter the Contest. SPF reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all entrants.

8. By entering the Contest you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, current and complete.

9. SPF reserves the right to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions.

10. Each person may submit unlimited entries. The highest score received before closing date will be the winner.

11. Entries must be received before the closing dates specified to qualify for the competition. The closing dates will be 31 Mar, 30 April, 31 May, 30 June, 31 July and 30 September 2006 @ 2359hrs.

12. Proof of posting cannot be accepted as proof of delivery. SPF will not accept responsibility for any error in posting.

13. Prize winners will be notified via email. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification within the time stated therein may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

14. Claims for prizes must be made in person within 30 days of announcement. Failure to claim a prize within this time or in the manner specified may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

15. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. SPF reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.

16. Prizes are awarded at SPF’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.

17. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely for the purpose of the Contest.
