In 1999 and 2001, with the help of a professional consultant, SPF conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey.

Comparing the results from both years, there was an increase in satisfaction for every component of counter service.

From the same Customer Satisfaction Survey results, there was also an increase in satisfaction with all components of investigation services.
We intend to conduct our next Customer Satisfaction Survey in 2007. |
